Hey there, @hiwanz! 👋 I'm here to help you with any bugs, questions, or contributions you might have. I'm a bot designed to assist you while you wait for a human maintainer. Let's squash those bugs together!
The installation error you're encountering seems to be related to network issues when accessing certain URLs, specifically a "403 Forbidden" error from the
bgithub.xyzmirror. This error indicates that the server is refusing the connection, which could be due to several reasons such as access restrictions or incorrect URL configurations. Here are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot and potentially resolve the issue:
Check Network Connectivity: Ensure that your internet connection is stable and that there are no network restrictions or firewalls blocking access to the URLs.
Verify URL Access: Try accessing the problematic URLs directly in a web browser to see if they are reachable. If they are not, the issue might be with the server or the URL itself.
Use Alternative Mirrors: Since the default settings allow for customization of mirrors, consider using alternative mirrors for Python, PyPI, and Torch installations. You can modify the settings in the
comfy.settings.jsonfile to point to different, more reliable mirrors.Increase Timeout Settings: If network latency is an issue, consider increasing the timeout settings for URL access. This can be done by adjusting the
timeoutparameter in thecanAccessUrlfunction, if you have access to modify the source code [1].Retry Installation: After making the above changes, retry the installation process to see if the issue persists.
If the problem continues, it might be necessary to investigate further into the specific configurations or reach out to the maintainers for more detailed support.

Use custom github proxy during installation will solve this problem,eg. https://gh-proxy.com/github.com/astral-sh/python-build-standalone/releases/download
