Hi! Downloader tries to fetch an external video for many minutes and many attempts. Video is permanently deleted from youtube and there is no point in trying over and over for 5 whole attempts (about 13-14 minutes). My suggestion is to add setting that changes this behavior (set timeout in minutes or how many times it should try)

Yeah, I think there's a point to handling the "UNAVAILABLE" case specifically without retries.
Thanks, I think this will be solved right after the main and hardest problem, #61.

I think I should investigate the yt-dlp part in the infrastructure module.
