Add execution-free providers for JVM bytecode/JAR/WAR and Python bytecode/wheels/zipapps.

Part of #42.

Acceptance:

• Raw bytecode or IL locations are preserved alongside normalized symbols.
• Generated, vendored, bundled, and application-owned code are detected.
