Closing this duplicate acceptance PR in favor of #2034. Refs #2023.

The production null-content fix is already on main in ee50ed121e. The remaining standalone workflow duplicates the nullable-map CLI/MCP journey already owned by sourceMapPrefixCli.test.ts.

The useful trace-decoder control is retained in that existing journey in #2034, alongside null-content availability, source indices, map/content digests, exact original-node identities and unchanged retained bytes. Named and unnamed source slots share the valid workflow; malformed names have an independent rejection workflow.

The replacement's final diff passed 54 related tests, npm run check, test discovery and independent Standards/Spec review. The original reproduction remains documented in #2023.
