What this is now

The root cause of #2975 was fixed on main by 599a8ee11d before this PR landed, so the original text fix was reverted. What remains is a regression test proving the Hopper app-exit session recovery keeps working.

What changed

Added tests/boundary/providers/hopper/hopperClient.appExitRecovery.test.ts: fails without the recovery behavior, passes with it.

How it was verified

Red to green confirmed during development (failed pre-fix, passes post-fix).
Full CI green on the merged tree, Greptile 5/5.
