📄 Description

Completes the remaining work for Hindi (हिन्दी) localization discussed in #2937, building on top of #2862.

Changes

website/public/assets/styles.css: Added a Devanagari font stack and letter-spacing: normal for :lang(hi), matching the existing rules for CJK, Thai, and RTL scripts.
docs/readme/README_hi.md: Added the base Hindi README file.
website/locales/languages.json: Registered the hi locale.
website/locales/hi/messages.po: Generated the Hindi catalog (1,594 source messages) and translated 19 core UI strings shared across all pages:
- Navigation: REA home, Main navigation, Showcases, Blog, Get started, Guides
- Actions: Copy, Copied, Selected, Code copied to clipboard
- Accessibility: Skip to content, Back to top
- Theme: Switch to light mode, Switch to dark mode
- Footer: MIT license, Join the community, Follow us on X
- Notice: Translation is being updated message
- Content: Source

Validation

python scripts/website.py sync → 0 pages changed ✅
python scripts/website.py translations extract → 1594 messages, 19 catalogs ✅
python scripts/website.py check → pass ✅
- hi: 18 English fallback pages, marked noindex (expected for partial catalog)

Notes

The remaining ~1,575 strings fall back to English and are marked noindex, so nothing breaks in production.
I plan to continue translating more strings in follow-up PRs.
