I been looking for fixes but have not seen any.

Thanks for the report. That message means the script couldn't find Visual Studio's C++ compiler. vswhere found no Visual Studio with the C++ x64 tools, so VCVARS was empty and the script ran call "".

To fix it, install Visual Studio 2022 or its Build Tools with the Desktop development with C++ workload. Or set VCVARS to your vcvars64.bat, e.g. C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio\2022\Community\VC\Auxiliary\Build\vcvars64.bat. #90 makes the script say this itself.
