The 5-minute timeout on the ffmpeg step (#219) failed #210's run while the Azure Ubuntu mirror was serving packages at ~150 KB/s. The step now gets 8 minutes and continue-on-error, so a slow mirror only skips test_compile_small_edl, which already skips without ffmpeg, instead of failing the whole run.
